As a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors I am required to take a minimum of 24 hours of education and retest every year as well as maintaining state licenses in termite inspections as well as radon testing.
• QUALITY REPORTS- No handwritten or checklist reports. You'll get a quality computerized report with photos embedded into the report so that you can clearly see the defects in the home. Reports are delivered electronically within 24 hours of the conclusion of your inspection.
